own the Vista del Mar
Apartment complex, located in the Caracol Turistico neighborhood and
overlooking La Posada beach and the San
Francisco Bay. The complex was
completely renovated in 2007, including
interior and exterior paint, roofing,
electrical and mechanical upgrades and
new furnishings and fixtures.
There are 5 units in the three story
building with shared laundry , cable TV,
filtered water throughout and there is
wi-fi internet access in the building.
